Assessment of Tribunal filing fees

Filing fees are a key component to access of justice in tribunal. In surcharge cases, the surcharged sums are liquidated and set out on the face of the surcharge certificate. assessment of the filing fees is determined by the surcharged sums as prescribed under the Tribunal rules.

Filing fees must be paid in full as assessed by the authorised officer. The registry will thereafter accept and register the documents.
