Confirmation of Certificate of surcharge

The Tribunal accepts and registers duplicate certificate of surcharge into the Surcharge register and opens a file. The Surchargee has a thirty (30) from the date of issue of such certificate of surcharge. The Tribunal will confirm the certificate of surcharge where the surcharge fails to lodged an appeal within the statutorily provided period of 30 days.
