Parties to a dispute before Tribunal may apply for an interim or temporary reliefs giving reasons in support of the application for Tribunal’s consideration and determination.

Applications maybe lodged in accordance with the State Corporations Appeal Tribunal Rules 2001 as read together with the Civil Procedure Rules 2010.
