The Tribunal consists of the following: –

1. A Chairman appointed by the President, who is qualified to be a judge of the High Court of Kenya.
2. A Member nominated by the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) from amongst advocates of not less than seven (7) years standing.
3. A Member nominated by the Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Kenya (ICPAK) from amongst accountants of not less than seven (7) years’ standing.
4. A Secretariat headed by a Secretary appointed by the Attorney General.
